Privacy Policy

Clear privacy for center access and drafts.

This page explains what Center Notes Suite stores today, what stays on your device, and how billing and access records are handled for trials and hosted plans.

Short version: we do not sell center data, we do not use classroom content for advertising, and the current modules primarily save working drafts in the browser on the device being used.

What we keep

Account and access details

  • Center name, admin email, and optional website URL.
  • Access code and center slug used to open the private portal.
  • Plan status, trial dates, and billing references needed to manage hosted access.
  • Theme settings tied to a hosted center, such as brand colors when configured.

What stays local

Module drafts and edits

  • The current observation, intention, and response modules save working drafts in the browser on the device being used.
  • Public previews are read-only and do not create a server-side classroom record.
  • If a feature later adds cloud storage or archive storage, that feature should explain the storage behavior clearly before use.

Payments

Billing providers

  • English checkout uses Stripe for paid hosted plans and one-time purchases.
  • Brazilian Portuguese checkout uses Stripe for hosted subscriptions and AbacatePay Pix for one-time purchases.
  • We keep the billing references needed to manage access, but card and Pix payment details are handled by the payment provider.

How information is used

Operational use only

  • To create and manage center access.
  • To verify trial or billing status for hosted access.
  • To help with support if a center asks for help with access or activation.
  • Not for ad targeting, resale, or public display of center content.

Retention

How long records may stay

  • Hosted access records may stay on file while access is active and for a reasonable admin period afterward.
  • Trial records that do not convert may be removed after cleanup or support review.
  • If archive storage is added later, that retention policy should be documented separately.
